Implementation

A good implementation is the basis for a successful e recruitment solution. For the implementation of iCams Hireserve use a standard implementation process and includes the following steps:

The standard implementation process starts application with the auto generation of iCams environment, this includes the Candidate portal and recruiter and manager portal.

Recruitment and line manager splay an important part in the process. A project team is created and includes a minimum of one HR/recruiter an don person from marketing. Icams has an easy to follow implementation document to ensure all components of iCams are reviewed to incorporate the specific requirements and wishes of the organisation. With marketing typically will ensure the website branding conforms to standards (to see Branding) and the page text also conforms to corporate guidelines. Users will be involved in the definition and creation of all the communication & modification of standard emails etc. The e-mails are then reviewed by marketing to ensure they meet corporate house style & correct tone of speech etc.. Finally the application form is defined and created as required.

The complexity of the configuration & setup and the involvement of end users will determine the timeframe and cost of implementation.. An average implementation without major customisation takes a minimum1 to 2 consultancy days from Hireserve and has a timeframe of 3 weeks.

Bespoke consultancy

iCams has been designed to incorporate specific requirements of each client. All customisations ar e’soft coded’ and do not constitute a change to the core product. This means all our clients operate on the same version of product. It is possible to configure new functions, additional reports and complete Branding to your own corporate house style for the candidate and agency portal.

Branding the candidate and agency portal is highly recommended to ensure your corporate brand is maintained and reinforced to every jobseeker. The branding work can typically be completed very quickly – possibly in a few hours. This is due to icams architecture which uses native Oracle database functions to dynamically create HTML code, with Java script and CSS simply embedded within the existing corporate CSS script.

Training

In concept iCams is simple; A candidate can manage their application process via the Candidate Portal and the recruiter can manage the selection process via the back office. The back office application of iCams incorporates all the functions required for recruiters, managers and HR users: from initial screening to sophisticated sifting through to hiring.

At Hireserve we have placed a lot of emphasis and effort in our development to ensure iCams is easy and intuitive to use, by all users. Whilst, online help exists though out the system, and often user scan get up and running without little assistance we would recommend at minimum to have one super user within any organisation.

The candidate portal has been designed to be totally intuitive for all level of jobseeker.

We offer three levels of training: beginners (no experience), intermediate (3 months experience) and experts (6 months experience). All trainings last a day.

Technical support

We provide iCams on a 24*7*365 basis. So we place significant emphasis on designing and building to ensure high quality and operational performance. However, if a problem does arise, it is simple process to log and register an issue with our technical support team.

On working days you can reach our helpdesk between 8.30 and 18:00 hours. Moreover problems can be passed on via e-mail or via our support portal. Each problem is logged in the support database and you will be issued with a tag support number. All problems are analysed the same working day and you will receive notification of how and when the problem will be resolved. Customers can also track progress online via our support portal.
