Company job board

The company job board is configured and implemented as part of your existing corporate website. This provides a very easy way for job-seekers (visitors to your website) to find a suitable vacancy.

Attracting and retaining the interest of good quality candidates on your job board is made easy.

With a possible large number of suitable vacancies it is easy to configure the job board so a job-seeker can quickly search on job openings by simple search, advanced search or keyword. In addition candidates can request automatic email notification or quickly request RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed or by search engines e.g. Google, Yahoo or Microsoft Live.

Job opening lists

geen image The basic output is via a simple list of all job vacancies. In addition this list can be quickly refined to provide: vacancies by date e.g. today/ this week/ this month etc, vacancies by used defined categories e.g. Location, type, function etc This can be configured to make it easy for applicants to use.

Search functionality

geen image The company job board contains three search methods: simple search, extended search and search on reference number. Search on reference number speaks for itself. The visitor finds a job opening by means of a reference number. This type of search often works well as the job opening is placed in a newspaper or magazine. Simple search is like searching on Google, Yahoo or Microsoft live: the visitor finds a list with job openings on the basis of keyword. Extended search is like simple search but with other search criteria like for example location and field.

Information on new job openings via RSS (Really Simple Syndication)

geen image It’s unlikely a good candidate will keep on returning to the company job board and search for new job openings. With Cams we can make it very easy for candidates to have a simple, easy and free RSS feed to obtain automatic updates and notification of new job openings. RSS feeds can be easily embed within a candidates own personal homepage (Google, Yahoo), or by means of a browser (Firefox or Internet Explorer 7) or as part of Outlook2007.

Information on new job openings via e-mail

geen image Candidates can request iCams to inform them of new job openings via e-mail using the search criteria they have previously specified. The results are sent by e-mail on a regular basis for over a maximum of 8 weeks. Visitors can request if they want receive the result daily or on a fixed day in the week.

Finding your vacancies via search engines e.g. Google, Yahoo and Microsoft Live

geen image The simplest and cheapest way to ensure each vacancy is visible for potential candidates is by using the large search engines. This is not an easy or simple task. The search engines must know that the vacancy exists and which has been filled. Then they must index the vacancy.
