To register and apply
Basic Application Form
The basic application form in iCams consists of 1 page with maximum 50
questions and can entirely configured to your specification. You can
construct questions in italic fonts. Answer fields can be made up as a
text block, radio buttons, choice field, tick box or list of values. Two
forms can be defined. One form is used for visitors whom want register
themselves for the candidate portal or for example want leave behind
only their CV. The other form is used to apply for a specific vacancy.
Application Forms
For companies who required either a few or many different types of
application forms these can be configured using the Structured CV
module. The layout and size of these application forms is effectively
unlimited. Each vacancy can have a different application form.
Campaign Forms
Acquiring quality candidates can often be best achieved using specific,
targeted advertising campaigns, directing these candidates to a specific
campaign landing page on your website. This approach is very effective
if visitors can quickly and easily leave their details. The campaign
form is designed to support this type of activity. The form is short,
can be integrated within the web landing page. After visitors have
filled in the form, they receive a thank you email automatically. The
process is quick and easy as the candidates registration onto the
database is done automatically. If you subsequently decide to progress
the candidate they then receive an email with access data for the
candidate portal.
Recruitment Agency Forms
iCams provides a dedicated portal for your preferred agencies to
update/maintain their candidates to your organisation. The form can be
configured to incorporate any question or part of your existing
application form. This will stop agencies spamming you with
inappropriate candidate CV’s. In addition it also means you can use the
same hiring process for candidates irrespective if they have applied
direct or via a 3rd party recruitment agency.
