Reporting

It is possible to report on all information with iCams7 as the system has been built on Oracle s relational database technology. This includes all data irrespective who or how it has been updated e.g. by candidates or recruiters.

Standard layout of information

The reports generator is found under its own tab on the menu. The layout is simple and easy to interpret for all users.

The reports are fast and easy to produce. Results are stored in special tables so they can be easily analysed. The results can be sorted and processed very quickly as the system maintains the results rather than having to re-run the report .

Standard reports

iCams7 is supplied with a number of standard reports. These have been developed in conjunction with a number of our customers.

Access to a report is based on an individuals user privileges, so user scan only see those reports which they have been granted access to.

Additional bespoke reports

In addition to the standard reports, bespoke reports can be produced. Typically these will be specified and be unique for each organisation. The development of this type reports falls under a custom job. A custom made report can be produced very quickly.

The system treats standard and custom made reports exactly the same. So, it is of no difference for a user. These reports can also be linked to system privileges or a specific user.

Data refect as a graph

In iCams7 reports can contain embedded Flash graphics and charts. The user can choose diagrams between line -, beam - and bar graphs or cake and doughnut. Combined in 2D or 3D.

Data export to a spreadsheet

iCams supports the ability to export data as a CSV file (comma separated file) or as a native excel spreadsheet.
