Recruiter Portal
In June 2009 Hireserve released a completely new version of the recruiter portal: iCams7. The rewrite allowed us to completely restyle the backoffice user interface. With the help of our backoffice users we have been able to create a backoffice which is a lot easier to use in daily operations. The rewrite also allowed us to add new technologies like the collapse/expand areas, html editors and possibilities to generate charts. But above all, we have created a strong foundation to extend the application in the future.
Clear layout and easy navigation
Within the recruiter portal it is very easy to navigate between jobs, candidates, organisations, reports and preferences using the coloured tabs. A different colour is used for each section which makes it immediately clear where you are.
The sidebar on the leftside allows you to quickly search candidates, jobs, organisations and contact persons. It also shows a list with the most recent detail pages you have visited. The sidebar is a slidebar. It can be closed to increase the space of the content area.
Finally there is the dynamic crumbtrail. The crumbtrail contain the last five screens you have visited.
All-in-one screens
In iCams7 you will have all your detailed information about a job, candidate, agency or organisation in one screen. This means that you do not have to wait for pop-up screens to appear. The information is already on the screen.
Key information is displayed at the top of the screen. Detailed information is stored in an area that can be collapsed or expanded. You can decide for yourself which information you want to have displayed. Your settings will be saved to the computer.
Another big advantage of the all-in-one screens is that you can easily print-out all the detailed information.
Grids to display results
iCams7 revolutionizes the way in which results from database queries are presented. Results from a database query are loaded in Grid tables before they are presented as tables. Any action with the results will run directly against the grid tables. This means that you can quickly sort results, change pagination or move pages.
Also new is the grid toolbar. The grid toolbar allows you to quickly export results to Excel, generate charts or remove pagination.
Graphical Reports
Infosoft's FusionCharts, a leading animated charting tool, has been embedded into iCams7. Now you can turn results from a database query into impressive looking animated charts. You can choose between line, area, bar, pie, doughnut charts. In 2D, 3D and multi-series.
