Hireserve speaks your language

Hireserve is delighted to announce the release of its new Multi Language Support (MLS) functionality. Added as new functionality within iCams, MLS gives employers the ability to offer candidates the option of switching to an alternative language and interacting with their recruitment website in the language of their choice.  

Based on the language they select on a prospective company's main website, candidates will automatically be presented with the relevant translated items.  iCams allows the employer to carry forward the language-specific elements of their websites into the recruitment pages seamlessly.

The range of languages initially offered to candidates includes Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Welsh. Additional languages can be added easily.  In their chosen language, applicants will be able to view vacancy details, access application forms and browse associated communications.

He added: “We have concentrated on simplifying and centralising text management within iCams. Our Configuration Translation Utility (CTU) manages the translation of our customers’ recruitment web pages, including application forms and questions, vacancy details and all candidate communications, including emails. It is simple for our customers to implement and allows employers to demonstrate their commitment to providing their candidates with communication in the language that their candidates choose.”
