Hireserve features in "Think Fathers" Flexible Working Campaign

07 APR 2010

Hireserve features as one of a series of case studies in a Department of Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) publication demonstrating how employers of different sizes and sectors have the balance right and are going the extra mile to be supportive to their staff who have young families.

The downloadable booklet is part of the Think Fathers campaign and focuses on father-friendly employment policies that enable dads as well as mums to spend more time with their children.

The booklet highlights the social and economic benefits to employers and employees of implementing flexible working and other family-friendly policies and sets out a range of case studies from a range of companies and sectors. It also provides some top tips on implementing family-friendly working practices.
