Once you've decided iCams is the right option for you we work with you to devise an implementation plan that meets all your needs. We ensure we deliver an exceptional technical solution, discussing your current process as well as your future plans, strategies and requirements. Our technical team will manage the agreed implementation plan and ensure iCams is delivered on time and that you are fully supported throughout the implementation stage.

After implementation we offer continued support through our support desk team, our Live Chat support facility, regular customer e-Newsletters and membership of the Hireserve User Group.

Implementation

You are unique!

In all likelihood, you are unique – that is to say your organisation’s recruitment process is unique. Some organisations may have a similar set of requirements but, in our experience, recruitment is a specialised function and differs in complexity from one organisation to another. With this in mind, it can be difficult to determine the costs and timescales required for an implementation; it is possible to implement a customer within a few days but, in reality, a longer period is preferable ensuring your recruitment process is completely understood and translated into the most appropriate and efficient technical solution. And, in addition, the all-important design and branding of your careers site should not be compromised– we absolutely insist on a first class implementation and exemplary customer care.

We can do it quickly, offering a basic solution which can be up and running within days, but taking a little more time at the start of the project results in a more successful solution. Depending on the size of your organisation and scope of your project, we like to work with a project team incorporating representatives from IT, Marketing and HR/Recruitment as this co-operative approach tends to result in the most successful implementations. However, if yours is a smaller organisation without a comprehensive team this is not a problem as we are very experienced and will assist, guide and support you through the entire process.

However well we do our job during the implementation and subsequent training, sooner or later you might need some help and if you cannot find the answer in iCams Help we are here to assist in several ways.

We have Live Chat – click on the icon and you can be chatting online instantly with our Support Team, explaining your issue and receiving an immediate response. It is really quick and simple and the chances are your issue will be resolved immediately.

Our Support Desk is open for email or telephone requests for help and we make sure we respond very quickly and if your issue takes a little longer to resolve we will keep you updated with its progress.

We send out quarterly e-Newsletters to keep in touch with you and include user tips and guidance as well as information about new features and functionality.

And, we have the Hireserve User Group which enables all our customers to keep in touch with one another and attend annual user group meetings.

Customisation

Do you want something a bit different?

We hate to say no at Hireserve - you see we are technology experts and when customers come to us with complex requirements we like to find a solution for them. iCams is built around a modular system parameter structure and we are able to offer both simple and complex alternatives; through these system parameters iCams can be customised either for an individual customer only or for a range of customers. We actually like the challenging times when we are asked for new functionality and we always find a solution!

If customisation is required, we will discuss the feasibility with you and prepare a specification to determine the timescale and associated costs.  Sometimes, customer requests are designated as product improvement for all iCams users and the development charges waived or kept to a minimum but complex changes for individual customers are likely to require additional development costs which are agreed upon on a case by case basis.
