The back office is the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) which is the administrative hub of iCams through which you manage your entire recruitment process including your vacancies, candidates and reports.

iCams is a simple and intuitive database system so you will not need the intervention of your IT department. The uncomplicated and familiar look and feel of iCams ensures you can easily manage all your data and processes – our user interface has been designed for the needs of HR professionals and is extremely straightforward and simple to use.

Your very own Dashboard

Each iCams user will have their own home page or Dashboard; it is an overview or “home” where all your relevant information is presented and links through to your frequently used or favourite features - in essence a snapshot of your current work situation. It comprises a series of portlets which you can amend to suit your individual requirements and preferences. In addition, you can manage your account and individual settings via the Dashboard and use the Search or Quickfind option.

Easy data processing just like Excel

Many recruiters use Excel to manage their work and have developed quite complex spreadsheets to meet their recruitment needs. With this in mind, we have incorporated familiar spreadsheet functionality within iCams. This enables you to create your own individual lists and reports in a grid format offering familiar spreadsheet options to sort, filter and delete as appropriate.
