Cranfield University selects Agresso e-Recruiter in partnership with Hireserve

Hireserve in partnership with UNIT4 Business software announced that Cranfield University has selected UNIT4’s one-stop Software as a Service (SaaS) recruitment solution, Agresso e-Recruiter. The solution will streamline internal recruiting operations, save time and money, and enhance the applicant experience.

With this in mind the University is implementing Agresso e-Recruiter. The solution will streamline the entire recruitment lifecycle, enabling candidates to apply and track their application progression electronically and recruiting managers to access applications online to short list candidates.

The solution will enable Cranfield University, via a thoroughly modern interface, to attract applicants and help the University’s recruitment team easily adapt its strategy and apply best practice recruitment processes.  Agresso e-Recruiter includes a job board that is fully integrated with the Institution’s website, application tracking, configurable online application forms and 25 standard reports.

Agresso’s flexibility is also important to the University, allowing recruitment staff to configure the system when required without the need to call in costly external IT consultants.
