Hireserve User Group

The Hireserve User Group exists to represent the users of the iCams e-recruitment system.  Initiated by Hireserve’s customers in late 2008, it is operated and managed solely by our customers, including the Group’s Chairman.  The User Group represents a cross section of industry sectors throughout the UK and Europe.  

It is a great opportunity for Hireserve’s customers to network with colleagues in likeminded organisations and acts as a forum for sharing knowledge and good practice in regards to iCams between customer organisations. 

It also gives all iCams users the opportunity to identify user requirements and influence future developments of the system.   A member of Hireserve’s senior management team is always in attendance which allows users to keep up-to-date with product developments and raise any issues that are affecting them. 

Hireserve is committed to providing the group with development time and see it as a fantastic opportunity for its users to influence and enhance the system in the future. 

In addition, Jeremy Ovenden, Hireserve’s Managing Director said: “We enjoy attending the group’s meetings as it gives members of the Hireserve team an opportunity to meet face to face with iCams users which is quite rare in our industry and makes for a good and productive working relationship.”

The members have created a dedicated user group website where they can find minutes, decisions and development items discussed during group meetings as well as communicate with one another.  It also provides tools to share thoughts, ideas and questions regarding the system.
